Reliable Employer 2007
VBW Engineering sp. z o.o. has been nominated for the title of Reliable Employer – a nationwide award granted by Grupa Media Partner, the publisher of, inter alia, ‘Przegląd Gospodarczy’ in ‘Gazeta Prawna’ and ‘Rzecz o Biznesie’ in ‘Rzeczpospolita’. The criteria that guided the selection of candidates were the development of the company over the past years and a positive image in its environment. Information was also collected related to the so-called employment solidity index – working conditions, health and safety regulations, labour law, timeliness of payments, social conditions (social benefit fund, employee training, covering the costs of employee education) and career path.
