Product description
SPS-COMPACT offers the possibility of expanding the system with additional functions such as dehumidification, humidification, additional filtration stages and, like all devices of VBW Engineering, is adapted to the needs of customers, e.g. it is possible to produce devices in various colours.
The SPS-COMPACT unit is characterised by a high degree of heat recovery of up to 93%.

Product features
SPS-COMPACT ventilation and air conditioning units in the standard version with the possibility of installation in a suspended or standing system with a highly efficient counter-current heat exchanger. The SPS-COMPACT air conditioning unit is the latest product of the company. The SPS-COMPACT suspended air handling unit is designed for ventilation and air conditioning of small rooms. It is perfect for residential buildings, offices, schools, kindergartens, gyms, restaurants or as an optional design for swimming pool rooms and health care facilities. The SPS-COMPACT air handling unit is produced in 6 sizes covering air output from 300 to 4,500 m3/h. Special construction of the device allows for installation of the device in places so far inaccessible for this type of installation.

Construction
The SPS-COMPACT casing is a self-supporting structure. The casing is made of an external sheet of aluzinc, the inner sheet is galvanised on both sides, and the filling between them is mineral wool, which has very good thermal and acoustic properties. The thickness of the insulation is 30 mm (optionally 50 mm).
SPS-COMPACT is equipped with a heater – water or electric – built inside the unit. Thanks to this, the unit easily adapts to the target room and has smaller dimensions. The unquestionable advantage is the application of a modern and safe, self-regulating electric heater based on PTC heaters, which facilitates maintenance of significantly lower temperature of the radiator, complete elimination of the risk of overheating the system and obtaining a large heat exchange surface. Safe transport and the possibility of exchanging the exchanger from the bottom is possible due to application of connection nozzles of the water heater which do not protrude from the casing.
