COMPACT-R air handling unit is a compact unit, equipped with a rotary heat exchanger. The product line includes 7 sizes with capacities from 500 to 9500 m³/h. The unit is designed for outdoor installation (BD version) and indoor installation (BS version).

Energy saving

VBW Engineering's compact air handling units are equipped with heat exchangers that guarantee effective heat recovery, achieving efficiency of up to 93%. In addition, the compact units are equipped with energy-saving EC engines, as well as multifunctional automation, which, when properly configured, allows savings to be achieved from reduced electricity demand.

Simplified installation of the device

The compact design of the device allows for installation even in small spaces - in a suspended or lying system.

Manufacturing automation

The ventilation unit is supplied with full automation, with a power supply and control switchboard integrated with the device and internal cabling - operating in the PLUG&PLAY system.

Simplified operation and service

Thanks to the use of a panel-type housing with removable covers, access to and servicing of the unit is simplified—even in confined spaces.

High-Efficiency EC Motors

Thanks to the use of modern EC motors (IE4 class), the air handling unit achieves top performance while maintaining minimal energy consumption.

Rotary heat exchangers

Thanks to the use of a set of rotary exchangers (up to 4pc in one unit), the highest heat recovery efficiency of up to 83% is ensured, with minimal energy requirements.
